YouBetNet filters all user’s email for unsolicited email commonly known as SPAM. Spam has become a real problem for many Internet Providers and corporate networks.

YouBetNet Anti-Spam System is based on Trend Micro's and Postini's Spam filtration System. The system is about 85% accurate without detecting false spam positives. (False Spam Positives are where the system detects a legitimate message as spam.)

YouBetNet's Current Spam Settings are:
(Level 9 is the lowest, Level 15 is the highest)

We currently have a "White List" database for many list mailers our customers belong to. "White Lists" are trusted mailers or domains that the Spam software ignores no matter the content. This list is a subscription based list that YouBetNet Subscribes to so that legitimate mailings do not get filtered.

YouBetNet also "Spot Samples" Filtered email on the 15th and last day of the month. We perform a spot sample by taking 4 email addresses randomly and checking for false spam positives. When and if we find messages that were detected as spam, we create rules so that that type of email is not filtered again.
